This has a multiple prize options that will be posted. Full project outline is listed within but will create separate projects based on the parts listed below: READ PRIZE OPTIONS BELOW- I am selecting a starting prize amount but will provide the full amount listed below if you win. I will respect your creativity and be fair with the payouts. 6 winners total
you can Choose to focus on multiple piece or only one part of the project.
Part 1: 3-6 photos - landscape - low water drought resistant low maintenance. This is a lake house to make it appropriate - $30-$50
Part 2: 7 - 8a - interior design and furniture options of the living room Prize $40
Part 3: pictures 11- 13 - Entertainment area /deck - Create a deck over the back paved area OR create extension of the house and the top of that extension can serve as a walk out deck from the kitchen which are pictured with the in 11 -walk out. prize - Prize $30-$50
Part 4 picture 24 and 25 - extend the deck out and repaint the outside of the house - Prize $30-$50
part 5 picture 14, 17 and 23 - remodel all the bathrooms - prize $50-70
Part 6 interior design 3 bedrooms. Prize- $35-45

style ideas are screen shot below. I want the use of the photos you have been provided and transform the space. please don't submit Pinterest ideas to me. I can look those up myself. I want 3D renditions of the current house/photos

IMPORTANT: Communication is a must- back and forth communication and adjustments is a must. There will not be one submission and done. I will communicate my likes, changes and moves within your submission. I will only engage those that are promising so if I engage and you are willing to work through many iterations will win the prize.

    the whole house is 1450 sq ft. the bathrooms are fairly small. I will have measurements after tomorrow am. I am headed there tomorrow to measure all the areas. the outside is large. I attached the posting of the house to give you some aerial options of the house house. it sits on 1.4 acres.
