I need some sort of ad that will be placed at the front desk of the doctors practice. The objective of the ad is to drive patients to download an app (or go to the website), where they will be able to schedule an appointment with their doctor in 3 steps:

The ad will have a main phrase like: "Make your next appointment online in less than 1 minute". Be creative!

the main content will include something like
1. Download the "agendando" app (available on IOS and Android) or go to: www.agendando.online
2. Search your favorite doctor and select the reason for consultation
3. Pick your favorite time slot

If you want to understand how the scheduling system works you can go to www.zocdoc.com for something similar

The ad can be in a form of a flyer, small business card or even something with an acrylic for holding and display. You decide! Feel free to add QR codes or whatever you deem important. The most creative in being able to attract patients to download the app wins! If you build several alternatives of your design, even better since we won't be able to provide different alternatives to the doctors

Attached I am sharing the logo so you can use it as part of your design

I will need the design in a format that allows me to change the text (I will have to translate it to other languages)

Thank you all for very good designs so far. I see a very tight race. Just consider that having different version (i.e. flyer, business card, etc...) will add value if I end up deciding for someone as this will allow the doctor to decide what to use

Additional ideas for everyone: I have been thinking that maybe less text is better. For step 2 maybe you can just put: Search your favorite doctor. You can even create a version where you can leave an empty box after "Search" so each doctor can put his/her name instead

Thanks for the designs so far. I would like to see some icons or designs to depict the 3 steps so that it becomes more visual. Ideally somebody would understand how it works without reading the text. Can you try?
