Hi,
I am looking for a unique engaging design for job description pages on our recruitment platform. Need some unique and engaging.

Our clients can add images and videos to their job descriptions.

The top section needs to look far nicer and be more engaging.
Should be easy to share
Mobile responsive
Images and videos
At the bottom there needs to be a box or something that says "we are an equal opportunities employer". (you can see at the top of the page there is a orange icon with scales, this is the equal opportunities icon.

Feel free to completely redesign it. Need to get the info across and stand out
