I just need someone to take the two images and, leaving them exactly as they are, only change the text for SnapChat on the back of the shirt and jacket that says 'JetSetConrad' and change that to 'ShaneConrad5'

Please leave the text next to the Instagram logo as 'JetSetConrad'.

I am looking to have the text the same size, color, and font please for both the jacket and t-shirt in a high quality image.

If you wanted to go above and beyond and add the Instagram logo and handle to the front of the jacket mockup just like how it is on the shirt that would be amazing.
