Need a logo created for 'FIGHT STREET ENTERTAINMENT' - I will need both the full logo and an "FSE" smaller version for web and app icon, etc.

This logo is for a professional Bare Knuckles MMA fighting company. Professional broadcasts of MMA events that are bare knuckles with concept being two people with a 'beef' can settle their argument with their fists instead of guns and weapons. If you are an MMA fan - it is a huge plus because you will understand concept. Think original UFC productions and think of "Felony fights' and old Kimbo Slice stuff but done professionally like a UFC PPV event. The logo 'Fight Street Entertainment' is a play on the words "Street Fight' so please capture that in design - want the logo to 'pop' and be instantly recognizable with MMA and Street Fighting.

LASTLY - AND VERY IMPORTANT: We will need an accompanying file "not part of the main logo and separate - of the phrase: "KIMBO SLICE PRESENTS": This will be used as the heading graphic to the logo. I have attached 2 images for reference of the 'Kimbo Slice Presents' - please use similar cartoon face image and font similar to sample 'Kimbo Slice' type.

PLEASE NOTE: Only use cartoon look for 'Kimbo Slice Presents' - do NOT use cartoon graphics for main Fight Street Entertainment Logo. Please freelancers - no quick logo-generator entries - we will know and your entry will not be selected.

ALL FREELANCERS - PLEASE SEE ADDED FILE "SAMPLELOGO.PNG" - this is an example of what we are looking for. The Fight Seat Entertainment in this example just needs some graphic element to it so that it instantly recognized as fighting and MMA. PLEASE USE THE CARTOON IMAGE PROVIDED OF KIMBO SLICE FOR THE "Kimbo Slice Presents" portion of the contest. Please do NOT use cartoon character for FSE logo graphic - just something simple like for example - 2 hand wrapped hands like prepare for fight in logo type of things. Any simple graphic that helps establish this brand is about fighting.
