Design a Logo

We are looking for a logo for our product Tipsi Tray.
It is a tray very similar to this design:

The tray works on a balance system and can hold drinks, food etc. It can be swung side to side without spilling anything. Maybe this swinging element can be added in to the design.

It needs to be simple and elegant. Some use of the text to show movement or how the tray functions. Nothing cartoony or Picarty
