Design a salon/spa service menu flyer

-Use the attached logo
-Use the attached service menu list items
-Show on first page the facial services
-Show on second page make up and hair, location and map (part of a google maps image to be on the card, alongside the address text), social media, business information, contact, address, website, email address (real info will be given to winner), I will need a "mini" QR code to our website. We use Jane Iredale products. Maybe you can incorporate some of they product pictures on the second page.

We are open to minimal, clean, modern, luxury style designs.

I attached a few example what we are looking for.

Size must be easily changeable!
I will need all the original editable file(s) at the end, not just the final product.
