I am looking to have a 3d animated female chef designed from a photo. I need the face of the person but the rest of it can be done however. This is for a food delivery website.

The image will be used in top right part of the page to replace the one that is there now. Please use food preparation, cooking in kitchen etc as the theme.
the website the image will go on is http://www.justfoodz.com.

You can us the face of the lady in the picture for the 3d animation and the rest of the image can be as you like. Please put a chefs hat on her head along with her having long red hair.
I will be redesigning the site along with the mobile apps later on
