Looking for something ELEGANT, Simple and Distinguished.

This contest has 2 parts:

Part 1 - Create a Simple and Elegant Logo for - "Real Estate Network Toronto"
This is a club with monthly meetings on real estate topics - The LOGO can include but not necessary:
- A building silhouette
- or the silhouette of Toronto CN Tower
- or city skyline would be appropriate
although your design genius and Idea is what I am more interested in.
The Logo MUST look great and readable on small scale - like in email signature

Part 2 - based on the LOGO, create and image of an "Award" stamp - see "Finalist.png" image for example only. This image will be used in email signatures, website and other materials to promote the agent.
Wording for this image will be:
Real Estate Network Toronto
TOP Broker/Investor 2017
