i am looking for someone to create a whiteboard style video based on the attached pre-listing document for our real estate company.

I require that the video key content be centred around the core points of difference listed through the icons on page 3 of the document (who, experience, relationships, service, specialists, one fee, gaurantee, freedom)

The intent of the video is to visually showcase the pre-listing document so that it can be used for online advertising through Facebook, Youtbue etc.
