I'm looking to create a 'Cheat Sheet' that will be a .pdf that I can use as a lead magnet.

I need the cheat sheet to look very modern, catchy, with font.

The cheat sheet itself will have links and descriptions. Each link should have some icon beside it.

ex. Outstand.com - eye catching envelope (signify its a email newsletter provider)

Can you also include my logo 'Your Mortgage Guy'.
