your 2nd blue hex color can't be used for printing. it would be changed into another color during printing, so i have used a hex blue color close to your 2nd one. if you want another colors or supported colors for web too, feel free it's easy. The same as first (MCT OIL) is changed with the same color used. i hope you know your winner!
