I need a creative professional to design an advertisement flyer targeting pawn shop adult clients. I envision the flyer keeping with previous styles and themes used in past projects, this includes scheme and overall aesthetic.

Key requirements are as follows:

-The Flyer is titled "Cash in For Spring Cleaning"
-The Flyer will Include that it is an "April Spring Buying Event"
-The Flyer will say somewhere "sell to Loyalty Pawn and Earn Big1"
-The Flyer will include a disclaimer "See store for more details. Some exclusions may apply."
-There will be one Flyer design made for four separate stores: 1) Loyalty Pawn, El Comanio Store, License #3400-0980 (844) 925-4722 2) Loyalty Pawn, Roseville Store, License #3105-0994 (844)925-4722 3) Loyalty Pawn, Florin Mall Store, License #3400-0951, (844)925-4722 4)Broadway Store, License #3404-0966 (844) 925-4722.
-Each Flyer will need a place for a QR code which will be added later. The Flyer needs to be in an editable format so this can be done.
-Each Flyer will need to include the business logo.
- size of flyer should be 18x24 inches

- Ensure design is appealing to a working adult demographic
- Reflect our corporate brand using past themes and styles
- Create a design that effectively advertises our product/service

Ideal freelancer would have exceptional skills in graphic design, and a strong understanding of visual communications targeted to a professional demographic. Experience designing advertisement flyers is necessary. Show me your past flyer designs, the ones which have resulted in successful campaigns.
