This is a picture.
Looking for a fairly simple picture that should be in the shape of a circle for some stickers.
This circle should contain a picture of a figure. Please use 'Marvin the Martian' as the inspiration, but please don't copy it. First, I'm looking for the colors of this logo to be made up of Black, White, and Red (hex# BF0A30). The background should be white, the figure should be black, and the outfit & helmet should be red. Please make this figure to be feminine and wearing a helmet with wings on it. If it's not too difficult, I'd like this figure to be in a 'thinking' pose (imagine a figure with their hand on their chin and looking up).
This logo should also have bands at both the top and bottom (outside of the circle) for words to be added after the award of the prize. The top band be appropriate for 16 characters and the bottom band should be sized to contain 19 characters.
