I would like you to create a product design with 3D renderings. The Product is a Mouthpiece for the upper and lower jaw (Much like a sleep apnea mouthpiece). This will be combined with the front opening like on a Scuba diving mouth piece but a bit smaller and more sleek. I would like it to be moldable medical grade silicone. I have attached multiple pictures.

The hole at the end of the mouthpiece will be fully functional and serve as a breathing hole. It needs a turn dial added to open and close the air hole. For this portion look at the black mouthpiece in the photos Ive added. I want the turn dial to look just like the picture but smaller (about the diameter of a plastic water bottle top but just a little smaller)

I would like the Mouthpiece itself to be flat grey with black and yellow accents. You will see these colors in the yellow and grey pictures.

All I really need is the grey and yellow mouthpiece to have a little smaller (sleeker) breathing hole and a dial added to the end to shut airflow on and off.

The idea is for it to not look so much like a typical mouth piece. Preferably much "cooler". Think Ferrari instead of Buick.
