Hi, I need one design in HTML, bootstrap, and javascript. Use a test clip to play the sound. Here is more details.

These are Elements we have in this Page

1. Navbar
2. Four Inline Button Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4
3. Once Center Element Timer
4. Two inline button on the right Dropdown and Submit
5. 20 Inline button 1 2 3 4 upto 20
6. One Audio play box on the left
7. One Question box with fill in the blanks

Height of 6,7 should be same , height is 60% of the total height of the device. It only applies to bigger width device upto tablet after It shold be handled differently.

Funtionality wise.

When user click on the Part 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , different question paragraph will be show on the right box.
When user click on the 1 , 2 , 3 ---20 these button , cursor will move to respected question
Timer , wehn page relods add a timer for 20min when timesout reload the page
dropdown , add 1-5 dropdown item like ID -1 , ID -2 , when user click on them it will dropdown
sumbit , on click reload the page
