Here are a few ideas that I have found. I like the silhouette concept.

I was thinking a red background with black silhouettes of people with white font or an all white cover with black silhouettes. The font can be red. I really like the ribbon style on both.

The other idea is the silhouettes can be different colors to represent different cultures. The background and font color can be the designer's choice for that concept. I like the number of people in the samples. I'm not too fond of a huge crowd on the cover for any design.
