I'm looking for an expert graphic designer to help me create a bold and eye-catching flyer for my local window cleaning business. From your end, I'd expect the design to brilliantly convey various vital information such as the services offered, contact information, and pricing details.

Key services to be highlighted include:
- Exterior window cleaning (regular and one off cleans) including glass, frames and cills
- Gutter emptying
- Fascia and soffit cleaning
- Conservatory roof cleaning
- Established for 7 years
- Online and Cash payment options

Ideal candidate should have significant experience in graphic design specifically for print marketing materials. An understanding the knack for creating visually appealing, attention-grabbing designs is highly desirable. If you are creative, innovative and understand how to make a flyer stand out, then this project is for you.

My logo of my business is attached.

I have also included my own try at designing a leaflet which I'm not quite happy with hence the need to hire you!

I would like the original photoshop / illustrator files so I can edit at a later date if I'd like too once I've selected the winner.
