Please reliably describe the company you are creating, as well as document the individual important steps in the implementation of the entrusted tasks, so that their performance does not raise any doubts. As part of the report, please use screenshots and links to the company's website or store, so that you can identify your company and the steps of the task.
Imagine that you are the owner of a new StartUp with 15 innovative products in 3 different categories. Based on that, prepare a document in the form of a report, which will contain:
Description of your fictitious company.
What are the company business strategy, rules and main goal’s?
What does your company do?
What products are sold (what is the company's offer)?
What are the fictitious contact details?
This document will be expanded with further content at a later stage and it will be entirely a report on the project implementation - (5 points).

Assign the invited people occupied positions in the company by default organization structure:
Creator of the website (CEO)
Head of the Accounting Department
Head of the Marketing Department
Head of the Sales Department
and assigning 1 employee to each department.
Appropriate parameterization of the application - (5 points)
Complete the goods list (Products) with products/services consistent with the company's description and offer on the website.
The Product list should contain 15 products in 3 categories - (3 points)
Create a website that is a showcase of the company and includes:
Presentation of the offer
Address data following the prepared description of the Company - (10 points)
Add a contact form and chat to the website - (10 pts.)
Create an online store containing products registered in CRM - (10 points)
Set up KanBan paths for Lead and separate KanBan paths for Deal.
The Head of the Marketing Department is responsible for handling Lead
The Head of the Sales Department is responsible for handling the Deal
The head of the Finance Department registers invoices, offers and generates reports.
However, there is nothing to prevent each employee from fulfilling equal roles and complementing each other regardless of their position - (2 points)
Register of at least 15 separate sales opportunities (Lead)
5 via chat,
5 via the contact form
5 by direct registration Lead in Bitrix24 - (10 points)
Register on each Lead:
Tasks and conversations as well as adding a product from the goods list.
Estimate the potential sales value for the Lead - (10 points)
Process all Leads:
Via KanBan path
Convert 10 Lead to Deal
Failure to close the 5th lead - (5 points)
For each Deal:
Record the conversation and the meeting.
Process all Deal’s through the KanBan path.
Closing the 6th Deal’s failed with the registered offer.
Up to 4 Deal’s, register an invoice and end with a sales success - (10 points)
Prepare a sales funnel report for Lead and Deal. - (5 points)
After completing the all above steps, please make sure that your report is ready and save the report file to a word/pdf file and attach to the AWSB eLearning Platform - (15 pts.)
