Artwork must show:
Text title "Listing all major real estate agencies"
Logo for Propertybook (there is a pdf doc with the logo, it is the first one on the pdf)
Tiger character (please open the pdf banner attached and extract the same tiger from that file)

Optionally, a gold badge with the text "1000's of properties listed"

Once we have a final design, we will be asking the winner to provide us with 3 dimensions for our 3 types of billboards.
