This is a simple mobile directory for technical services. We have 50+ technical services and for each service we have number of people. We want to open our database for public using a mobile application.

We want a design where someone can search for our skill database using various ways. e.g. selecting skill, selecting name, selecting rating, selecting location, selecting experience etc.

Our database has contacts. Each contact has one or more skills, each skill is grouped within a skillset. Each skillset is grouped within a category. We can have a skillset within a skillset as well.

Application UI should have features like rating, hide/show sensitive information e.g. phone, email etc.

The best UI design should be the one which is using most simple, intuitive and less effort.
