  4) All pages to be converted to htmling with responsive design which will allow easy accessibility on all resolutions and all devices and all browsers and must be to our satisfaction and requirements.
  
  5) All pages to be tested and must confirm to Google mobile testing tool at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/
  
  6) All pages must strictly use HTML5 with CSS. i.e. Only Divs to be used (no tables) and all attributes and styles to be defined in CSS (no inline styles). All pages to be W3C compliant and to be tested at http://validator.w3.org/ to have 0 errors and warnings.
  
  7) Java Scripting validations required for approximately 10-12 forms on the website.

  I need you to give me a price quote for the design and htmling of the entire website, which will help me to shortlist the final contestant for developing my website.
  
  Given below are the requirements in brief:

  1) New Design to be created based on the template
  http://demo.magentech.com/themes/sm_love_fashion/index.php/?___store=germany. Color combinations and look and feel to be custom develop.
  
  2) 15-20 pages designed needed such as Home page, Category Page, View Cart page, Contact Us, Search Results Page etc.
  
  3) All Banners needed to be designed for the home page and also for each of the category pages (approx. 130-150 categories) and top menus.
