  do you have any page size reference? Or I start with A4 or US letter size 8.5" width x 11" height ?

     Yes you can use timemagcover.jpg near the synopsis area. The synopsis area should be at the top of the right inner page. I don't care how you organize the remaining pictures as long as the timemagcover is near the synopsis area. For example you can use the millenialhead.jpg on inner right too. On the left inner page use the millennialsdiverse.jpg and the genY.jpg on the backpage. If no pics fit on the back page maybe put the genY.jpg on the inner left. It's up to you :)
