Design a Logo for a new Business

  Hi. Can you make a couple of modifications? I sort of like your logo, but I'd like to see it with the following:
  1. add a couple of simple outlines of continents in the circle (as if it is a globe).
  2. Change the "t" in "Light" to the same color of the word "Pilot"
