I acknowledge that the possibility exists it's not a copy, but the possibility also exists that it could very well be.
At the very least, it [ #241 ] resembles #174, just a different font and minus the cord (IMO).
And I put forward that the core idea of #174 / #291 (the formation of headphones by connecting 'h' and 'd' with an arc/arch) did not come about prior to #140 being entered.- 10 vuotta sitten

Your other entries in this contest don't reflect the thought that went into the design behind #241 . I don't believe in this case that you approached this contest without having seen the top entries, at least, which included #140 and #174( #291 ).

For the last time. I didn't, I wouldn't and never have copied an idea. This contest is for a logo, not a concept or an idea. My only fault, maybe, is not looking though all the other entries. I really don't know what else to say.
It's quite feasible, with certain logos and subjects that more than one person can have the same idea (as has been said and proved), it's the approach and end design of that idea that's important here.
Robert, at the end of the day, it's your logo, and your business that the logo will represent. I can't say more.

Robert, from the design point of view, #241 is a much better approach than #140 .
Things to remember:
- less is more / keep shapes simple and cohesive. There needs to be a smooth visual flow. #241 does that. #140 does not.
- look at the logo in very small scale. It needs to be just as clear and crisp. #241 does that. #140 does not.- 10 vuotta sitten

I like both 140 and 241 , nice simple designs. I am sorry for the way I have perhaps handled the competition but this is my first time of posting a contest.

I was invited late in this contest I will not enter contest yet I will give you a like I dont think you copied any other design, your design is much better cleaner and easier to remember. the harabara font you used is very nice although I think is getting over used by designers. But overall this is the logo that needs to get picked and not invite any more designers so late into the contest because most ideas are taken, and if you try to replicate one there will be a bunch of BS.. So finall word.. great job buddy CH this is the one,no need for you to get more designs...Designer might have gotten inspiration from other logo but that does not make him a copy cat......... YOU WIN! BUDDY1

Thanks for your kind comments. Yes, after I got the invite, I was surprised to see so many highly rated entries already. It's just a shame that there are so many designs using stolen images and clip art among them.
