This looks really good! I'm not 100% sure if it's too close to the original to be free of copywright issues. There are a couple of minor edits I would like to see. The rounded edges on the right side of the P and Left side of the S need to be a bit more uniform. The base of the P could also be tidied up a bit.

I'm just thinking more about copyright issues. Could you change the font slightly? Maybe either round the inner edges which are currently boxed or play around with different fonts if that's easier? This is by far my favourite of the designs so far. I like the colours and texture. Now we just got to make sure it can be considered original. ;)
