Growbeyound is a social enterprise that is currently being founded in Berlin. We mentor and guide young people in finding their global career path. We challenge them to outgrow themselves, challenge their thinking and limits and find their global self and path. We advise them and connect them with local partners in over 15 countries. For us, inspiration, innovative ways of thinking and leaving one's comfort zone is important.

In the logo the YOU should possibly be emphasised, the colours should be rather discreet (maybe black) and then a red highlight (see colours on website).
It is important for us that is clean, emphasises the global connection, inspiration, adventure.
