Minor changes
Slightly changed colours, added edit mode, tried to make days a little clearer what the hover state does. Next will add the 'edit' (what happens when you press the edit pencil). Still need to work out the drag and drop UI as well as what happens when you click on 'Tradeoffs' on the right hand side.

Hi Vincent,
So glad to see the next version. Thank you! I am really digging the layout and I think we're really close to achieving a really nice functional design. FOr that reason, I'll provide more specific feedback for your consideration.
1. Consider making the a bit header smaller so it's not as dominant and gives more room for the schedule.
2. Make the edit bar on the left narrower. I like how Booking.com has an edit bar that looks more like a ribbon than a sidebar. That could also free up room.
3. Put tradeoff bar below? Put it in a lighter color because black just draws the eye directly to it. Same with current score.
4. I'm not fond of the colors at all. I'm less concerned with that at this point because the functionality is on the right track. I'll try and send more guidance on colors.
