  1) can you install the All-in-One seo pack? //YES
  
  2) Also, what's the best way to send emails directly to the database? //YES,also please specify what is the purpose of sending the email to database is it for subscription or other process, in any case it is possible.
  
  The paypal integration should able/disable access automatically to the limited access section of the website (but I can also manually able/disable) access. //Can you please elaborate " limited access section of the website" point.

  - Wide Design
  - Responsive design
  - A login/create account process
  - Access to articles only to paying users.
  As per my understanding, you are not planning to use Wordpress. Could you please explain which tecnology and how to manage SEO optimisation?

  Your only concern is about the following:
  
  - Where's the above the fold line?

  - Yes its is possible to keep the big banner in the home page and not appearing in the internal pages. We suggest you small height banners for inner pages if you wants.

  I definitely love your design and want to move further.
  Could you please just consider to change the indicators section on the right side with a plugin creating a chart from data we insert?
  My only concern is about the following:
  - Where's the above the fold line?
  - Is it possibile to keep the big banner in the homepage only in the homepage and not appearing in the internal pages?
  - Are you able to develop the integration with paypal following the project as dscribed?
  How do you want to proceed?
