  - how many time do you need to develop this project?
  - will you be able to develop the points and trade options?
  - will you be able to develop all the options I need (trade, subscription, users, upload of books, ...) and not just focus on the design of the website?
  - will the website be able to support other languages? - I could like to add a language by myself
  - can you develop an app as well?
