Yes understood. i will send files in jpg, Pdf for ready print and finally Editable Ai file with layers. you want files 1) one with dark satellite image. 2) one with white bg. right?

For my use, transfer would be ideal in three files for each image, one as high-res, large print size (.pdf, .giff or .jpg), a smaller more easily email-able (likely .jpg) and an un-flattened full size pre-render file (likely very very large and requiring dropbox for transfer). Is this acceptable? I would only ask for pre-render files for images 1 and 3 here.

perfect. can you rotate the lungs to vertical and size them to be a little smaller (more appropriate to heart size). I understand this means they will not entirely encompass the runways. Will you be comfortable with tweaking and transferring all 4 of these files? Aside from the lung size/rotation, the only other small change I request is giving the white train tracks a thin just-for-offset black outline in the two versions with lighter background where they begin to blend in. If you can make those small changes, I will be ready to award.
