Add a page to a catalog

Pages for Catalogue

I have designed with Adobe Illustrator. I have recreated your logo and other designs. As well as the Fonts you used. I can submit this as PDF, EPS, and AI (editable) files. After page no 5 on your catalog, you can add this 2 pages. (I have numbered them as 6 & 7.) But you will go to print this It should be add 2 more pages. (at least 12 pages). So please tell me if I'm in correct way. Then I can try to expand them for 4 pages. (Please be kind enough to consider increasing the prize). Thank you!
