Develop a basic HR database
Design a database in Access 2013, to enable HR department confidentially manage staff information from cycle of:\n\n1. Hiring\n2. On boarding\n3. In-Service and \n4. Exiting\n\n1. Ability to mask certain info in fields can be key.\n2. Good form, query design and workflow\n3. Good reporting and ability to EXPORT reports to any format (word, csv, excel, etc)\n4. Database should be relational to ease\n5. On completion need to split the database so we mask the data to have security\n6. To have SIMPLE dashboard
