Over 7 yrs of experience with Flash Builder(Flex), ColdFusion, and MySQL development. Former officer and grad of the US Air Force Academy. I have gotten burned by developers before, way back when I was a "noob", so can relate to any hesitations and do what I can to alleviate those. I chose to learn my compliment of programming languages as a requirement to a startup I had launched several years ago. The startup required a web UI, application layer, desktop app, mobile app, artwork rendering, and a solid backend with stored procedures (I did them all).
