Apple At Home Advisor and Helpdesk Worker
Apple At Home Advisor\nYes, I worked for one of the top computer giants that rule half of the world. Why did I quit? Good question. It was a fantastic job that stretched me, made me learn more than I ever thought I knew about Apple computers and iOS. I answered questions all day long with the utmost respect and empathy possible. However, I wanted to continue my schooling and the job would not offer the time to do that. Customers would call in with issues of their phone not working, their computer making a weird noise, wanting to trade to a newer phone, sometimes I would get calls of people who just wanted to talk about how awesome Apple was. Troubleshooting was my game!\n\nHelpdesk Worker\nWhile I was in college I worked for my Information Technology department. We serviced all of the computers on campus and helped professors and students with virus removal, hardware and software updates, and q+a. We would also roll out new software updates, upgrades, and changes to op. sys.
About Me
I thoroughly enjoy finding errors and then fixing them. One of the ways that I am different than others is that I also like to show the author where they can improve so they can know how to make their work better for future writing. No matter the topic, I enjoy helping authors get their point across. When I write, I feel like I am putting every single detail into a beautifully created article so any who will read it will be struck with awe, excitement, and be forced to think about my message long after they have read the article. To say that I am a Ministry Expert is a broad term I suppose. I am trained in the field with a BA in Youth Ministry and a MA in Ministry Studies. I have served in different areas in the church for the past 12 years and I love every part of it.
