SEATTLE MARINERS T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST ENTRY
I recently entered this design in the Seattle Mariners' "T-Shirt Tuesday Design Contest." I decided to include this in my portfolio because I really enjoyed how this design turned out, and it's a good example of how I can develop an iconic theme and meet a deadline. Also, I didn't want my work go to waste and not be able to share it. Seattleites have a lot of pride in their city, so I wanted to capture that and portray the Space Needle (one of the most iconic pieces of Seattle) with the Mariners' name, colors, and flag. The "SEATTLE PRIDE" text is all custom. To check out more designs, projects, papers, and blog posts, visit my website: will-dietrich.squarespace.com
About Me
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Technology and Culture (Graphic Design) from Washington State University. My graphic design strengths are designing logos, T-shirts, and typography in Illustrator. I would love to help you design a logo, T-shirt, poster, album cover, custom font, etc. I will work with you to produce a quality design until you are happy with it. I will do this by discussing your needs, asking questions, and doing research to better understand how to integrate the feel of your company, event, etc. into the design. In addition, I am an experienced writer, blogger, and editor. I have a strong attention to detail and would love to work with you on a freelance job and possibly collaborate with you in the future.
