Currently, I in the Quality Assurance department in a call center where I am responsible for a team of 30 call agents. My responsibilities entail coordinating work schedules for my team members, ensuring that team morale is high and maintaining the quality of service to our clients by all agents in my team at a satisfactory level. I have worked previously in Barclays Bank of Kenya as a Customer Advisor and Direct Sales representative.
