Design of the promotional brochure and advertising for a vertical housing project.\\n\\nThere was a thorough analysis done of the objectives from the developers as well as the roots of the concept. We redefined its mantra, phrases, texts, images, and more. \\nThe main step was to add \\\"Residencial de Altura\\\" (which is a catchy phrase for an upscale verticle housing complex) as a slogan to the building. \\nThis slogan reflects its three essential elements: location, socioeconomic status and type of housing.\\nWe designed an additional promotional brochure as well as advertisements that were published in magazines and newspapers.\\n
