Love learning new strategies to achieve better outcomes every day. I am very conversational, team work player and an enthusiastic mother of three. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 8 years, performing different roles, such as sales, retention, help desk, technical, operator, interpreter, etc. One of the most relatable experience I have had about these types of jobs, happened 8 months ago when I used to work at an interpreting service company, one of the clients I was relating the info for felt a bit uncomfortable due to the sensitive questions being addressed over the phone due to the nature of the call (Health) towards the lower English speaker, nevertheless empathizing with the client' struggle was a must, I relayed the questions as candid as I could. At the end of the call, three parties in the call felt at ease with the time and approach performed. Little details count in making things better. Although my experience as a call center rep is broad, I have also worked as an English instructor here in the DR, and would like to introduce myself into the Virtual assistance world as well.
