About Me
Virginia received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2015 from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in Illustration to pursue her love of art and the creation of stories. A professional illustrator from the United States, her work typically falls within the realms of comics, book illustration, and character design, often depicting the fantastical and imagined. From sassy superheroes to menacing monsters, she enjoys bringing written words to life in her work. Her preferred mediums are watercolor, ink, and gouache, although she enjoys dabbling in the digital realm as well. When not working in the two-dimensional world, she enjoys bringing her characters to life in clay and cloth.
