EpicBattleCry Intro Animation
The challenge of this piece was to create a lively, animated volcano that would also loop seamlessly so the animation could utilize a 'Ken Burns' style pan-and-zoom effect of any duration. After some initial Photoshop work to prepare the base layer, still photos of lava were composited in, followed by looping pieces of lava, smoke, and ash.
