I am currently working with the U.S./Canada/U.K. Customer Service Team for a leading global IT solutions company based in Dayton, Ohio. My professional history includes more than eight years of cumulative service across the private and public sector in the Philippines. My first two years working was spent on agricultural research and extension (joint projects between NGOs and the Philippine government) as well as marketing/warehouse management. All of these endeavors has driven me to pursue any job opportunity while keeping quality and process improvement initiatives as a major tool to accomplish any task. The succeeding years were spent simultaneously working with the following industries and projects - BPO/Publishing, government programs/vocational education, call center, IT/Consumer Goods/Sales and etc. On this note, I am continuously seeking opportunities to increase my income and venture into diversified income-generating projects.
