We use translation memory (TM) tools to improve translation quality and consistency, while reducing translation costs. The TM tools we use include Trados, SDLX, Passolo, etc. We perform DTP on both Windows and Mac OS platforms, major tools and applications used including MS Office, QuarkXPress, FrameMaker, PageMaker, Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, Fireworks, and RoboHelp. We provide comprehensive multimedia solutions, ranging from Web casts to presentations and training materials, in various languages, with text, audio, video and animations integrated. Applications we use include Flash, Audition, Premiere, After Effects, Director, Authorware, and 3ds max. We can process virtually all the audio/video formats, including wav, mp3, wma, avi, asf, wmv, mpeg, rm/rmvb, and mov. Editing and synchronization are made when necessary. In addition to multimedia solutions, we also provide stand-alone voiceover recording, categorized as male or female in various styles. We have vast partnership with voiceover artists world-wide. The voiceover services we provide include narration for corporate videos, training tapes, website audio, and telephone systems. We provide voiceover services in more than 30 languages and dialects.
