My position consisted of computerized data entry, tagging filings, calling jurisdictions to check status on a filing the company had sent to them. I would enter in filing numbers and dates when a filing is recorded at the correct jurisdiction. If there is a problem with a filing not following the stat's guidelines then that jurisdiction would call me and I would then resolve the problem. Trained all new employees in my department. Service/Bookkeeper I would answer customer's appliance repair call, I would then enter the customer's information into the computer, then route them within their jurisdictional boundaries. I used a multi-phone system and a two way radio communication between the technicians and installers. I was responsible for routing ten technicians, three plumbers and ten installers daily.
