Fort Myers, Florida. Provided design for a new three-story, 47,700-square-foot corporate headquarters containing administrative and executive offices, assembly space, café and kitchen and training facilities. Duties included providing schematic designs, design development, 3D Sketch-up/Photoshop renderings, construction documents, document coordination between all disciplines and interior finish selections for the project. Main design contributions included the addition to the adjacent building of an employee fitness center which incorporated privacy walls with the openness of glass facades and skylights. Integrated into the site was an outdoor courtyard, created to occupy an easement between the two buildings and a walking track articulated by the surrounding projections from the new building and the fitness center.
