In this way, logically speaking, it’s reasonable that every job-hunter wants a good job with high salary, comfortable environment and favorable treatment. This is our world, the new rules, new ways to develop. Everything has changed with the world development, and people are so realistic and practical. Money and power speaks loud than everything now. Despite the world trend goes in this way, but there are also many people strike for their dreams, livings and careers in our modern society. Some want to be the second Solomon with big wits, smart as extreme as possible. Some beauty-loving women want to be peerless beauties like Sheba, Venus. Some want to be as powerful as Zeus. Someone wants to realize their dreams like Alexander, Napoleon. Someone wants to be eternal like great poets Shakespeare, living his masterpieces in this world for ever…. No criticism to these ‘somes’, because I am one of them, no special, letting alone being noble. I have to fight for living, my family and my dream. What’s more, the competitive world, the tense pressure and the so-called reality… therefore, it can’t be reasonable enough for me to hunt for a good and suitable job. Never expect me not so realistic. I’m just one of hundreds of thousand job-hunters, but I must admit that I’m unique in this world. For most employers they like someone with special skills, special personality, and special ability to play a big role in some sections. I have learnt English for many years and French for all most three years. As far as I know, I am still an outsider of English, but luckily to me, I have gotten the hang of language learning. Compared to other people who don’t understand foreign language, I definitely get an upper hand. So I can make use of my language skills to make profit for company, such as translation, language training, business agent and some related work, if necessary. For my personality, I have involved in my resume, so, here, I don’t want to talk too much. Anyway, something need to add and emphasis. I am easy-going, and I like to communicate with others for making friends, so in a sense, I’m a good team member. I’m a person with great ambition, so I work for my dream and career, but this doesn’t mean I am not loyal and faithful to the work, to the company. I’m honest and outspoken; I don’t like people pretending to be so good and excellent, especially in face of boss and leaders, so I am not the guy try to polish the apple for my boss. Anyway, speaking too much may be suspected of my capability, because most interviewers don’t believe what you said on the paper, and only performance is the key point. In that case, I expect someone to inspect my performance in future work, and criticize my complaint of no work for me so that I am too idle. As reference to my work experience, frankly speaking, I am a green hand from school with a lot of speculative knowledge and strategies to solve problems, not a veteran with a lot of under- goings and sufferings to approve. In some degree, people learn experience directly or indirectly in their life time, so, work experiences, are critical for everyone, especially in our contemporary world that people usually confuse ability with experience. I must admit that experience is magnitude, but I am never for no experience is any ability. Everyone is created with great potential talents by God, so we should believe ourselves are valuable and mighty, and bravely say to ourselves and enterprises: Yes, I can. Furthermore, I am one of the millennium generation, not the beat generation, so I understand how tough life is. So I always know what I need to pursue and how to acquire for living, then I work hard and cheer up from leisure and laziness, heading for my outlet. To say the least, an empty container can be filled with much water, so one more chance for these people who are in progress, and more achievement for enterprise. Someone ever said trivial details and attitude can determinate the success-or-not. Here, as for work attitude, no one can make a commitment to enterprise, to leaders, but every one can express their heart-hidings. For me, I wander a colorful life throughout the world. Definitely speaking, I don’t like to curb myself in one place for one job in my lifetime, so meaningful life should be stuffed with a lot of adventurous experience. But if employers could put themselves in other employees’ boot, and do some virtual thing for his staff, employee, like me, would like to devote myself into the corporation heart and soul. In a word, everyone is making a hard living with his ambition in such ‘survival-the-fittest’ environment, and the only nuance between each individual is how much he devotes into, including time, energy, enthusiasm and loyalty, and so on. This is my stance. If someone devotes his time, energy, enthusiasm and loyalty to his work, then I can invest more; if someone can do a good job, then I can do better, because I am the person who is longing for improving, desiring my dream and realizing my self-value thirstily.
