Assign Meter:\nWe know that in above Module Consumer Is Registered. Now We Have To Assign Him His Own Meter In this Module. This Meter Is Assigned By Admin. In That He Has to Select First Area. Then He Will See The Entire Customer From That Particular Selected Area. So He has to select Consumer to whom he wants to assign meter. After Selecting Consumer He must Select The Meter Starting date After the Consumer Registration Date.
