Through his years of experience as a CAD Manager, Coordinator, Trainer, and Certified Drafter, Terry Schultz has been considered a “Drafting/CAD Guru”. He is a person that is a dynamic, inspiring, team-building leader, successful in training, developing, and coaching team members to achieve higher performance and productivity within the department. Terry has extensive experience in the piping and plumbing disciplines, has worked with architects and structural engineers involved in large multi-million dollar projects and has worked with consulting engineers on waste water projects. Terry has the ability to build consensus and trust between departments as well as across functional and organizational lines, and his oral and written communication skills, will create the opportunity to achieve mutual goals for all.
