My last full-time position, which lasted a year-and-a-half, was as the web project manager and account assistant at an advertising agency in Central Texas. As the web project manager, I managed the web accounts, coordinated new projects, and handled client problems by creating solutions and communicating what needed to be changed with the main web engineer when I could not solve the problem in the code myself. As account assistant, I proofed every outgoing ad and all copy our agency put on our websites. I occasionally wrote copy, and I always wrote and fully designed user manuals for the content management systems of our websites when clients needed. In addition, I knocked out images to aid our CD with tight deadlines, and I modified existing ads for new mediums/publications. I have a basic knowledge of CSS and Adobe Illustrator.
In my current position, I am the office manager and head photo-editor for a portrait/portfolio photographer. I have been in this position for 6 months, and I have been using Adobe Photoshop for 5 years.
With this experience, I am currently in the process of opening my own freelance company--RTC PhotoWork. My primary skills are in Photoshop. Just let me know what you need, and I will do what I can to get it done.
I am especially looking to create long-term relationships with photographers.
