I am a writer, photographer, editor, grant writer, musician, actress, singer, songwriter and stay-at-hom mom living in Hunterdon County, NJ. Since graduating from Columbia University's Writing Program in 1999, I have written and photographed extensively for magazines, newspapers, not-for-profits and online publications. I am also an avid gardener and environmentalist, and I believe that conservation, recycling and buying local are the keys to reducing our dependency on foreign oil and to a healthier world. I love and respect all animals, and I am an advocate for cruetly-free food and cosmetic product, as well as pet adoption.
